| John is the President and owner of Holly Ridge Auto Mart, Inc. He's been involved in the auto business for nearly 30 years. He's worked for major dealers in the Charlotte, and Wilmington NC area as a used car manager, as well as a used car buyer. He founded Holly Ridge Auto Mart in 1997. In 2004 he graduated from the NIADA's (National Independent Auto Dealers Association) Certified Master Dealer program. An intense course which less than 200 dealers in the entire US have successfully completed. John is also a member of the CIADA, Carolina's Independent Auto Dealer's Association. Keeping up to date on the latest changes in laws and regulations governing the auto industry is a constant challenge, and John attends continuing education at least twice per year. |

| Bill has over 14 years experience in the retail auto industry. He has served as Finance Director and Sales Manager of new car dealerships. In 2005, Bill completed the coveted Certified Master Dealer course from the NIADA, to become one of the youngest CMD's in the United States. He specializes in credit rebuilding programs for those customers with damaged credit history. He has passed certification courses in Finance, Insurance, and Sales Management. He works daily with creditors to get the best terms available for the customer.
